Camp Mars will kick off on August 22 in Malibu and will feature activities such as hiking, climbing, yoga and cooking classes with members of the band, who will also perform two concerts during the weekend, reported Rolling Stone magazine.
Frontman Jared Leto said, "We have always looked to do things for our audience that are fun and unique.
"What better way to celebrate the summer than in beautiful Southern California with the Mars family in full."
The event will take place after Oscar winner Leto completes work on his new movie "Suicide Squad", in which he plays Batman's nemesis The Joker.
