"This election does not mean who will win or lose. It does not matter who forms the government or who does not. This election is for the future of Assam," Modi said here at a poll meeting, his last before the second and final phase of voting on April 11.
"You will have to decide the future of Assam. It is also about the future of the youth, women and children of the state," Modi said at the rally in Maligaon Railway Stadium.
"This is because of the misrule, misdeed, nepotism and corruption by Congress. Do you want to rescue Assam from this deep pit or not? Only one engine in Delhi cannot pull Assam out of this pit. I need one more engines in Assam," Modi said.
Stating that this is his last election rally in Assam, the Prime Minister said: "My dear brothers and sisters, please vote for BJP on April 11 and elect the government with full majority."
