The accused were arrested in the wee hours and the tipper used by them for perpetrating the crime has been seized, police said.
All the three arrested are truck drivers, Superintendent of Police Vinod Dhawan said. Out of the three, two have been arrested from Manali while one from Mandi.
The victim was allegedly raped on Monday night by the occupants of the tipper, who offered her a lift back to Manali from Vashisth where she had gone to visit some friends.
The medical examination of the victim has confirmed rape, the SP said.
