The officers said Lalchuailova (28) of Manipur, now residing in Aizawl, was arrested yesterday in this connection.
The seized contraband was to be sold at around Rs three lakh in the local market, they said.
In another seizure, state excise and narcotic department's anti-narcotic squad seized 14 grams of heroin from the same Chanmari West locality last night and arrested Lallianmawia (25) of Aizawl and Lalneihfaia (31) of Tahan, Myanmar were arrested in this connection.
