The trio was trying to take the cannabis, sourced from Bhuntar in Kullu, to Mumbai by train, they said.
While two of those arrested, Rafik (24) and Gulzar (21) hail from Himachal Pradesh's Kullu district, the third, Ramdev (29), is from the Sarai Kale Khan area of the national capital, the officials said.
Officers of the Delhi zonal unit of the NCB arrested them from the Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station on November 5 and booked them under sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
"Links of the cannabis smuggling ring are being probed," a senior NCB officer said.
