Three die of cold in MP
The three died while working in their fields at separate places in Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh, they said.
The deceased have been identified as - Mahnto Devi (75), Saraswati Devi (70) and Husmukh Kushwaha (80).
Meanwhile, Bhind District Collector Akhilesh Shrivastava said all the government and private schools upto primary level will remain closed till December 31 due to cold wave conditions prevailing in the region.
Bhind recorded a maximum temperature of 10.2 degrees Celsius yesterday and the minimum of 4.9 degrees.
