Three house surgeons killed in mishap

: Three house surgeons were killed and two of their colleagues seriously injured when their car rammed a stationary mini lorry and fell into a nearby pit at nearby Chinnayan Chathiram today, police said.
All of them were house surgeons at the Siddha medical college in Salem.
While two of them died on the spot, another succumbed to injuries at Chengalpattu medical college Hospital. The seriously injured were rushed to the Government General Hospital in Chennai, police said.
The lorry driver was not injured.
