Three IPS officers transferred in Lucknow

In yet another reshuffle, Uttar Pradesh government today transferred three IPS officers, official sources said here.
DIG, PAC, Lucknow, Gulab Singh and DIG range Moradabad Durga Charan Mishra have swapped places after transfer, they said.
RK Bhardwaj, attached to the DGP office has been made commandant PAC, Azmagarh, sources added.
