The incident took place near Dharmpur village on Sikandara-Aliganj road where the speeding vehicle fatally knocked down a scooty which was carrying the three.
All of them died on the spot, the police said adding the victims hailed from neighbouring Nawada district.
The vehicle was impounded and its driver is absconding, Kumar said.
