The accident took place when the vehicle, travelling from Shimla to Kupvi area, fell into the gorge in which Dhula Ram and his wife Kewala Devi were killed on the spot, while his brother Layak Ram succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital, they said.
Dhula Ram's son Kishore Kumar was injured and referred to IGMC hospital, police said.
