Three sent to six-day police remand in jail DSP attack case

Three prisoners are being questioned in connection with an attack on Deputy Superintendent of Kapoorthala jail, police said today.
Deputy commissioner of police, Rajinder Singh today said "the attackers have not been arrested yet and on the basis of suspicion three prisoners are being question in this connection"
"The prisoners were today produced before a magistrate who send them to a six-day remand," police said.
Deputy Superintendent of Kapoorthala jail was attacked by some unidentified bike-borne persons on Saturday in the outskirts of the city.
