Thunderstorm lashes Purulia

Poles were uprooted and huts flattened when a thunder storm lashed Purulia district this evening.
The squall, which brought down mercury level, disrupted vehicular movement as trees fell on the roads, a district official said.
There was no report of any casualty or injury.
