"We have kept the ticket prices in the normal range. They would be priced between Rs 1,000 and Rs 5,000," said MCA's joint secretary Dr P V Shetty.
The match, a day/night one, is set to commence at 1.30 pm. South Africa are to play three T20 games, five ODIs and four Test matches on their two-month long tour.
Mumbai would be hosting first international game at the Wankhede after the 2013 India-West Indies farewell Test of Sachin Tendulkar. The stadium, property of MCA, had previously hosted a ODI against England in October 2011.
