Tin prices climbed by Rs 20 per kg to Rs 1,415 from last Saturday's close Rs 1,395 and nickel prices surged by Rs 780 as compared Rs 763 previously.
However, zinc, copper cable scrap, copper armiture, copper utensils and copper wire bar edged down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 190, Rs 363, Rs 349, Rs 328 and Rs 391 as compared Rs 192, Rs 365, Rs 351, Rs 330 and Rs 393 previously.
Copper scrap heavy, brass utensils scrap and brass sheet cuttings softened by a Re per kg each to Rs 358, Rs 275 and Rs 280 respectively.
