The 73-year-old 'Simply the Best' hitmaker was earlier married to musician Ike Turner though, the couple had divorced 35 years ago, reported Contactmusic.
Tina met 57-year-old Bach in 1985, when he was with her music label EMI.
The couple has been living together since the 1990s and Tina recently announced that she was renouncing her US citizenship and obtaining Swiss citizenship.
Their wedding ceremony will be held in Kusnacht, near Zurich.
The singer was married to Ike from 1962 to 1976. She suffered domestic violence in her marriage with Ike which is well documented in her biopic 'What's Love Got To Do With It', starring Angela Basset.
