Senior Superintendent of Post Offices Vijayawada S Siva Prasad told reporters here on Friday that the postal department had begun selling TTD special 'darshan' tickets on November 1 at selected post offices on a trail basis.
After its successful implementation, the department decided to expand the service to other post offices in a phased manner, he said.
He said that the TTD has allocated 5,000 tickets a day to the postal department, which would be available to devotees four weeks in advance.
