Uttarakhand Governor K K Paul gave away the trophies and medals to the winners.
The Governor also took the occasion to announce that the Nainital Yatch Club which organises the event has completed more then 100 years of its existence.
A proposal will be sent to the Centre to issue a commemorative postage stamp to mark the occasion, he said.
He also suggested to have mixed doubles and junior regatta competitions added to the event to make room for more teams to participate in it.
