Reigning Asian champion in shot put and current Asian Championships record holder Inderjeet Singh and 2014 Commonwealth Games bronze medallist in men's triple jump, Arpinder Singh have confirmed their entries for the prestigious championships.
The nine-member elite jump group under Romanian coach Bedros Bedrosian arrived here today after a 25-day stint in South Africa and will be seeking redemption. Leading the campaign for the jumpers will be Mayookha Johny, the gold medallist at the 2016 Asian Indoor Championships held in Doha in February.
The Federation Cup National Athletics championships is being hosted by the Delhi State Athletics Association, under the aegis of the Athletics Federation of India.
