Train rams into tractor, 1 killed

A person was killed when his vehicle was knocked down by a train at an unmanned crossing near Salona Imli railway station in Bihar's Khagaria district today.
RPF Inspector Prem Shankar Sharma said the incident took place when a tractor got stuck at the unmanned railway crossing while trying to reach the other side of the track and the passenger train hit it.
The tractor driver, whose identity was being ascertained, died on the spot, he said.
