In a letter to Singh, the Telangana MP asked the Home Minister to ensure that the rights of Telangana and its employees are protected keeping in view the true spirit of Article 371D of the Indian Constitution.
"Employees of Telangana nativity shall only be allotted to Telangana state and the rest of employees shall be deemed to be allotted to the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh. But in the order of work proceedings, the nativity was not considered seriously resulting in a lot of unrest in the employees. Therefore, necessary orders may be issued immediately allocating employees as per nativity only even in provisional allocation," she added.
