Tubewell machines worth lakhs stolen in Muzaffarnagar

Thieves struck at five tubewells in Kasampur Khola village and stole machines worth lakhs of rupees, police said today.
Miscreants broke down the doors and walls of five tubewells and stole machines worth lakhs of rupees in Miranpur area, police said, adding, the theft has affected irrigation work of the farmers.
Police are investigating the matter.
