The tutor had filmed the unnatural act and had uploaded it online when the minor failed to pay him Rs 2,000, police said.
Initially, the minor paid him money by stealing it from his parents, police said.
The accused was identified as Rameez, a resident of Ramganj area.
"This is a serious matter and we have initiated our probe, a case has been registered against the teacher," DCP (crime) Vikas Pathak said.
The tutor has been booked under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and hunt is on to nab him, police said.
