Two arrested after heroin seized from them: police

Two persons were arrested from Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district after heroin was recovered from them, the police said today.
An Alto car was intercepted at Sailsui in Kalakote belt, a police officer said.
As the vehicle was signalled to stop, the persons sitting in the car tried to flee but were apprehended, he added.
On being questioned they disclosed their identity as Rajan and Imran, the police official said adding that 60 grams of heroin was recovered from their possession.
Both were arrested, the vehicle seized and a case registered at Kalakote police station, the official said.
