In view of the increasing number of calls to the control room, some of them faux, unwanted and misleading for the last two months and police carried out investigation, which led to clues that two persons were making frequent calls in the last 45 days, police said.
R Srikanth and P Selvaraj made such misleading calls, they said.
While Srikanth has made 652 calls, Selvaraj called 843 times in the last 45 days, they said.
