The duo sodomised the 19-year-old under-trial in the prison two days ago, according to Sanyogitaganj police.
Asif and Jahid Shah (both 20 years old), arrested in theft cases, allegedly sexually assaulted the victim on the night of February 4.
The victim himself is facing trial for sodomising an eight-year-old boy.
The two accused were booked under section 377 (unnatural sex) of IPC.
