Two labourers got electrocuted while working at an under-construction house in Khoda colony here today, police said.
Bablu (22), a native of Jhansi, and Ramswaroop (26) of Rajasthan, were engaged in wall plastering work at an under-construction house when they sustained severe burn injuries after both of them came in contact with a live electricity wire, Deputy Superintendent of Police Atul Yadav said.
Locals immediately rushed them to a nearby private hospital in Noida where the duo succumbed to their injuries, he said.
An FIR has been registered at Khoda police station and the bodies have been sent for post-mortem, the officer said.
