The two identified as Khotan Ranjeet alias Chaiba and Dhoshant Hem Malam alias Naubar have been active members of Kangleipak Communist Party Manipur and evading arrest in several cases, Senior Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj said in a statement here.
Maharaj said that acting on information provided by Manipur police, the Patna police arrested the two from Karbighaia bus stand.
The two were staying in the capital disguising themselves as tourists from Manipur, the SSP said.
They were evading arrest in a dozen cases of heinous crime, the SSP said.
