Two men in Kanpur commit suicide over marital discord

In the first incident, Dinesh Kumar, a resident of Badagaon fought with his wife Anuradha yesterday after which she called her family members, who insulted Kumar, police said.

Upset over the incident, Kumar committed suicide, police said.

In another incident, Gendalal, a resident of Khajaupur in the same area killed himself after fighting with his wife, they said.

Cases have been registered in both incidents and bodies have been sent for post-mortem, police said, adding they are questioning relatives of both the deceased.
