"Four-year-old Mutayab Naqash and his sister Maroofa Akhter (two) went missing yesterday from home at Naid Boni, Rainawari," a police spokesman said.
He said an auto-rickshaw driver noticed the missing kids with a woman in suspicious circumstances at Wazirbagh in uptown city and alerted police.
Police took the kids from the woman, who is reported to be mentally unstable, and handed them over to their parents, the spokesman said.
He said the driver has been rewarded for his alertness.
