The mishap occurred on Doon-Delhi Highway last evening when the six youths were on their way from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh to Dehradun, they said.
One of the youths who was driving the car lost control near the temple and the vehicle fell into a gorge after breaking the railing of a bridge.
Police rushed to the spot and rescued the six youths badly injured in the accident.
They were rushed to the Doon Hospital where two of them were declared brought dead by doctors.
Saini was a student of B.Tech and Kumar a student of polytechnic.
