The body of Amit Gupta (24), a computer hardware engineer and a resident of Yogendra Vihar in Naubasta area here, was found on the tracks at Govindpuri railway station here last night, they said.
It was alleged that Gupta had jumped in front of a train, police said, adding a suicide note recovered from his pocket stated about debt which might have forced him to take the extreme step.
In another incident, Sudhakar (25), a private tutor, allegedly committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling hook at his house in Naubasta area last night, they said.
The bodies in both the cases have been sent for post-mortem and investigations are underway, they added.
