He termed his act as "illegal and fraudulent".
Attacking the former Delhi Chief Minister, Raj said that during his tenure in the Income Tax department, Kejriwal could not identify even a single corruption case whereas it is a well known fact that income tax evasion is rampant all over the country.
"His own deep involvement in corruption is quite evident from the fact that while in Government service and drawing salary from the public exchequer, he formed an NGO and took funds from Ford Foundation which in turn is sponsored by CIA to encourage instability in the country, for running his NGO," the BJP leader said.
The Dalit leader also challenged Kejriwal for an open debate on the issue of corruption and said that he should first advise legislators of his own party not to indulge in corruption and dishonesty by exploiting the poor people.
Not sparing his another opponent, sitting Congress MP Krishna Tirath, Raj accused her of fanning communal feelings and said that Tirath should give account of her achievements, if any, in the area.
"This is indeed unfortunate. It is the bounden duty of these Congress leaders to work for the integrity of the country and unity of the people, instead of spreading feelings of disintegration among the people," he said.
