UKD HC seeks state's reply on PIL for relief on farmers' loans
The notice was issued by a division bench of Chief Justice K M Joseph and Justice Alok Singh.
The PIL was filed by Congress leader Ganesh Upadhayay seeking loan waiver for farmers on the ground that there had been an increase in the number of suicides by debt-ridden farmers in the state in recent months.
