Undertrial shot dead in Aligarh district court premises

An undertrial in a murder case was today shot dead by unidentified persons inside the district court premises here.
Hoshiyar Singh was shot dead by five assailants inside the court premises while he was being taken to the court for hearing in connection with a murder in Tappal in November last year, police said.
A bystander was injured in the firing and was rushed to hospital, they said.
