Unnao rerun: Sacks containing skeletons found in Bahraich

After shocking discovery of 100 skeletons in Unnao, scores of sacks containing human remains and viscera have been found in a room in police lines area here, prompting authorities to launch a probe.
"Sacks carrying a large number of human bones and other remains were found from a room in the police lines here," District Magistrate Abhay Kumar Singh said.
Singh said that he has asked the city magistrate to constitute a team to probe the matter and submit a report within a week.
"5,793 post mortem examinations were carried out in the room from 1950 till date, and the remains were not disposed of," the DM said.

The recovery has come days after 47 sacks carrying human bones and 74 jars with viscera were found from a room in the police lines complex in Unnao.
