"What can be said when those who have to uphold the law start breaking it... FIR will be lodged and stern action will be taken against the offenders," PWD and Irrigation Minister Shivpal Singh Yadav told newspersons here.
"Be it lawyers or anyone else, no one will be allowed to take law in their hands," he said, adding that government was very serious on issues concerning law and order and no one will be spared.
