Oxford University Press has been operating in India for over hundred years.
He will join OUP India from Manipal Global Education Services.
"He will join the Press in mid-November this year and the senior management team for OUP India will report directly to him. He will also join the Asia Education divisional board of OUP," the organisation said in a statement.
He also spent nearly ten years with the Ford Motor and held various consumer branding roles within Proctor and Gamble.
Incumbent OUP India Managing Director Ranjan Kaul will be retiring at the end of November, after 14 years in the organisation.
