He also alleged that the AAP dispensation was not doing enough for rural Delhi.
In a letter to Kejriwal, the 43-year-old legislator said the AAP had promised a 20-point programme for the development of rural Delhi, but no steps were taken in this regard.
"There was enough money allocated for the welfare of dalits but the government failed to spend it on the issue," he said, adding that not much was done in his Bawana constituency.
