Last month, Sesa Sterlite also announced the changing of name to Vedanta Ltd in a bid better align with its global identity -- Vedanta Resources.

Poly Medicure Q4 net up 6.32 pc at Rs 12 cr * Medical devices firm Poly Medicure has reported 6.32 per cent rise in standalone net profit to Rs 12.10 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 and is looking at raising funds up to Rs 200 crore.
Standalone total income from operations rose to Rs 97.90 crore for the quarter under consideration as against Rs 81.83 crore for the same period year ago.
In another filing to BSE the company said, "It's Board of Directors have approved raising of funds up to Rs 200 crore, subject to approval from shareholders."
In a separate filing, it said the board has recommended a dividend of 50 per cent (Rs 2.50 per equity share).

"During the past six months, we have almost doubled the number of hotels on our platform and at present we offer over 1,000 hotel brands located across the country. We are signing up new hotels and we expect to touch 2,000 by the end of June," RoomsTonite Chief Executive Suresh John said in a release.
The company in the past six months has expanded its footprint in more than 190 locations across the country.
