The accident occurred at around 8.40 PM on the Gaura Chaura Itwa road here, police said.
Gram pradhan of Veerpur Kalan village Ghulam Rashool and one Ram Chandra were riding a motorcycle when the bus ran over them, a police official said, adding, they died on the spot.
A case has been registered and investigations are on, he said.
