WDM witnesses trade worth Rs 5,643.23 crore on NSE

The Wholesale Debt Market segment of the National Stock Exchange today witnessed a total turnover of Rs 5,643.23 crore in 104 trades.

The 6.49 per cent government securities maturing in CG2015 traded at Rs 975.00 crore at weighted yield of 8.27 per cent, the 8.83 per cent government securities maturing in CG2023 traded at Rs 950.00 crore at weighted yield of 8.65 per cent and the 7.17 per cent government securities maturing in CG2015 traded at Rs 390.00 crore at weighted yield of 8.27 per cent.
During the week ended today, the total turnover was Rs 27,260.64 crore and the total number of trades during the week was at 476.

The highest volume amount of trade during the week was at Rs 5,694.01 crore on 28 May, while the lowest volume amount was Rs 4,837.00 crore as on May 26, the NSE release said.
