"We will celebrate only when a temple is constructed at the birth place of Lord Ram," Togadia said while addressing a function at Saraswati Shishu Mandir (school) here.
"Hindus will construct temple at all costs. Therefore we will celebrate when construction of Ram temple is complete," he said.
Referring to exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from JK, he said, "25 years ago it was announced Hindus leave your houses and villages. We will celebrate after rehabilitating four lakh Hindus."
"Some said it was conversion, others ghar vapsi. We are against conversion. The Constitution is against it. The Supreme Court has said that right to propagate is not the right to covert," he said.
