The pair, who were fist linked to each other in 2012 amid her on-and-off relationship with Derek Jeter, were seen together when having a dinner date at Palms Thai restaurant in Hollywood, reported E! online.
"I didn't personally see if they were holding hands or if they were being affectionate, but it looked like a date. They looked casual and relaxed. Yes, Wilmer was a gentleman and picked up the tab to pay for their food," a source said.
Valderrama broke up with his longtime girlfriend Lovato a few months ago.
They announced the split in early June via a joint statement, saying that they're "better as best friends.
