The alleged incident took place at a lodge in the Shamshabad area here yesterday and the woman lodged a complaint with the RGIA Shamshabad police today.
The police has filed a case against the accused and sent the victim for medical tests.
However, the police refused to divulge further details including names of the accused, saying that further investigations are on.
