The incident took place in the early hours yesterday when the victim --Shobha Wagh--was at home and suddenly her brother-in-law Kisan Wagh barged in around 5 AM and attacked her.
Shobha was abused and kicked in her abdomen by Kishan which resulted in serious internal injuries.
Later, she was rushed to a nearby PHC, wher she was declared brought dead by doctors, police said.
PSI KG Ghosalkar of the Sahapur police station said that victim and the accused lived in Birwadi of Sahapur and the accused has been charged under section 302 of the IPC.
