The victim Pooja was returning to her village this evening when the unidentified accused threw acid on her and escaped on a motorcycle, they said.
She was rushed to the medical college in Begrajpur here where her condition is stated to be stable, police said.
Police are suspecting that the trio allegedly attacked Pooja as she is fighting a case for her husband who is in jail in connection with a murder.
An investigation is underway in the matter, police said.
