The 45-year old woman militant was identified as Mayanglangbam Victoriya Devi, a worker of the outfit.
One Chinese-made hand grenade concealed in a mobile hand set cover box, two mobile handsets and four SIM cards were recovered from her possession.
Victoriya was later handed over to Manipur police, said a statement of IGAR (S).
