The Additional District and Sessions Judge - I Surendra Prasad Pandey passed the order convicting the accused woman Nasra Khatun to life imprisonment and imposed Rs. 6000 fine on her after finding her guilty in the murder case of the four-year old girl Parveen.
According to prosecution, the convicted woman had strangulated to the minor girl to death in Chakmasud village under Bahadurpur police station area on February 20, 2007 following an enmity with the deceased girl's family.
