Bihar Governor Satya Pal Malik today asked the youths not to become job seekers, but concentrate on becoming job providers.

"The person having skills and committed to do hard work will be successful. Youths should not become job seekers, rather they should concentrate on becoming job providers," Malik said while inaugurating the 5th Bihar Entrepreneurship Summit (BES) here.

The development of entrepreneurship in Bihar will depend on the growth of agriculture and allied sectors, Malik said adding that the state would be the starting point for second green revolution, given the kind of efforts put in agriculture sectors especially through three agri roadmaps.

Stating that a total of 15 "Tool Room and Training Centre (TR&TC)" would be set up across the country with the help of the World Bank, the governor said one such TR&TC is being set up at Bihta in Patna district.

Malik exuded confidence that setting up the TR&TC would help in development of entrepreneurship in the state.

Joining the summit through videoconferencing, he praised the Bihar Entrepreneurs Association's (BEA) initiative for organising the fifth edition of the summit.
