Internet-based TV streaming service provider YuppTV has partnered multi-genre, multi-format digital media brand Arre to offer content from the latter's stable on YuppTV Bazaar.
"The association will introduce a range of popular and trending web-series, social experiments, reality shows and documentaries, as well as non-fiction products from the Arre stable on YuppTV Bazaar," the firm said in a statement today.
YuppTV had launched the service YuppTV Bazaar last December to engage independent video content creators.
YuppTV Bazaar will initially host -- 'A.I.S.H.A - My Virtual Girlfriend' and 'I Don't Watch TV' -- the two trending web-series by Arre.
"Arre, as an new-age digital entertainment and infotainment media brand, resonates with the present day users, millennial and others. We are glad to be partnering and hosting their original series for our existing and new Bazaar users," YuppTV Founder and Chief Executive Officer Uday Reddy said.
Arre Founder and Managing Director B Saikumar said: "Arre is excited to reach out to an Indian and worldwide audience through YuppTV Bazaar's OTT platform. We look forward to a long-term association with YuppTV and hope to partner on many more content offerings on YuppTV Bazaar.
